Mountain Top Publishing

In 1997 thirty-year police veteran Richard
Foschino put the finishing touches on a true crime
manuscript he had been working on for many years.
He presented the manuscript to his son, Brian also a
police officer for his birthday. Brian felt the true
crime, cold case murder investigation of his dad's
was a fascinating story and should be published and
shared with others. After many months of rejection
slips and frustration they realized the big publishing
houses were only interested in established authors.
The father and son team decided to go about the
dream of seeing this book in print from a different
angle.
They began to research areas such as book
design, book manufacturing, marketing, and all other
aspects of the book publishing world. After years of
gathering information about copyrights, the Library of
Congress, and ISBN numbers issued to publishing
companies, they were ready. Mountain Top
Publishing was born and MOUNTAIN REVENGE The
Frost Bottom Bones Case was in print.
A year later their second EXCITING title,
MOTHER'S BLOOD was released with great demand
and anticipation from their many loyal readers.
Richard Foschino, still an active police officer is
winding down his career and looks forward to writing
creating, and sharing many more fascinating stories.
