ramray, the fan
ramray, the poet
his son couldnt make it to fordham,
didnt ya know it?

he's a fordham ram fan to the end
ignoring all their transgressions
reading his posts
is a study in male regression

his son aint too bright
and neither is he
ramray brings shame
to the fordham degree

minion is doing his best
to bring fordham away from disgrace
and when the football is abolished
ill stick it in ramrays face

ABOLISH FORDHAM FOOTBALL YOU PUNKS!!!!!!!!!

NDH and "others", show just who they are,
Low life thugs, who'd run a nun over in a car,
Pathetic,sad people who spend their meaningless life,
looking for ways, to bring others some strife.

It's not enough to come on a fan site,
To insult and condem, like a God given right
Still not enough, to insult kids who play hard,
That they need to insult supporters, good taste they discard.

So to show just how low, these sad losers can be,
They now insult my family as they try to insult me,
But my son's doing fine, a good school he is in,
A good life he'll have, a good race he will win.

That's more than I can say for NDH and his crew
Who wasted a Fordham degree, and all know that is true.
Every school has most grads, in whom they are proud,
Every school has some losers, like NDH and his crowd.

So say what you want, I won't stoop to your game
I'm proud of my son, while your sad lives remain the same.

Lehigh, Colgate and Lafayette have had some great wins OOC in the not-to-distant past. Imagine what would happen if the PL offered full scholies, not need based. There now are many blogs on this topic and I hope, really, really hope the PL will see the benefits and not wait till FU is gone to do it (a la basketball). I have heard G-town may not ante-up, but I hope they do. I think most at Colgate will see this as an opportunity to move the PL up, that FU has forced the issue. I would like to see Fordham stay in the PL, but without scholies the program would wallow and would be fodder for most schools, in and out of the PL.

Sometimes people wait for someone else to take the first step. Someone who is a bit of an outsider and not a part of the inner circle, to eschew any judgement or censure. I think that someone in this case is Fordham. Who knows what this will bring, but change was inevitable...and I hope for the good. I think it will be and I hope you will see it that way as well.

Let's face it, the Ivy League is making aid more available to its admittees than ever before, so the playing field has changed. To remain credible in Division I FCS, I think the Patriot League must do this, and in a number and manner sufficient that it can be a so-called "counter" with FBS teams.
