teach her to be comfortable with questions...they will do an interview without you in the room with 5 judges...one at a time of course..teach her to sit up straight, cross her ankles and fold her hands and answer with a smile....also teach her how to introduce herself, they have to do that on stage and are judged on it....it really does help to practice it at home. She should say her name, where she is from and what she wants to be when she grows up....let her decide what she wants to be. The more original and age appropriate, the better....last year, my daughter wanted to drive to the moon in a spaceship, I let her say that, they loved it! you can always tell the kids who are told what to say....what five year old wants to go to paris to be a supermodel?!!! If you would like, email me and I can give you more advice. I wish someone would have doen this with me last year, but it was new then....good luck!
