This is a great pageant system! They are looking for girls who actually look their age. They don't want a bunch of make up on the girls and discourage putting make up on the babies. Trudy & Dottie are some of the nicest people I have met in the "pageant world". You don't have to have a lot of glitz to participate and win. My daughter has been in the pageants since she was 2 months old. She absolutely loves them and looks forward to meeting all of her friends at Nationals. She hasn't won Queen yet but has been in the top 5 every year. She has also won a lot of savings bonds! I actually prefer the savings bonds and scholarships over prizes that some of the other pageant systems give to the winners. I would recommend this pageant to anyone who truly wants to have fun and make friends and for those who do not like to make their kids look "fake". If anyone has any questions please ask and I will be more than happy to answer.
