Obviously, this was just one person's experience and maybe the director was having a bad day. We ALL have those! LOL Maybe give it some time and try again at a later time. Or try to call her and discuss the matter. As for the state Director, most don't talk to you anyways because there are too many contestants so it isn't unusual. Just keep trying the local director.
