I do not want to give her "just" my opinion (being that it was a bad one) others may have had good exp. with themYes, my child won at thier Arizona pageant, but did not appreciate the comments that were made by the directors, Angie & Debbie." on 13:59:02 04/19/04 Mon

Gemstars can be a good system! they give away some really cool toys and prizes trophies and crowns! Angie is sweet...but Debbie the other director is extremly gossipy. and has turned many a pageant mom against one another. They would have an even better system if Debbie could manage not to instigate(sp?) problems and stay out of the gossip and social problems, and just be a director. If it is a state pageant...i would advise your friend to try out a prelim 1st before investing in a state level pageant.
