... IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT THE RULES MANDATED THEY BE THERE WEDNESDAY EVENING FOR A REQUIRED RECEPTION!

Two of the winners amd at least one alternate came from this second wave of contestants.. it has been suggested that Miss Bobbie worked the phones to get them there, and comped some entries.. so how fair is this to the ones who got there on time?

When Miss Bobbie can suspend rules for such a large group, AND have a clause in her rules that essentially states that she can override the judges' decision and handpick her titleholders - it raises the question: Is this pageant really worth entering? Is it really worth winning?

I encourage anyone who competed at the PPP National this past weekend to examine the rules, and if necessary, have them examoned by a qualified legal professional. See if what she did and what she does is legal. And if not - investigate the possibility of charging her with fraud and running a rigged pageant (many states have laws on the books covering contests that may well work against her).

I also challenge the contestants who won titles this past weekend to consider if you really want to keep titles that may NOT reflect winning a pageant on your own merits, but may instead be the result of Miss Bobbie and her staff making an arbitrary decision for reasons of their own. Do you really want to hold such a title?
