You may already know this but there is an extensive file in the German military archives on this. It is in the MarineKorps files, RM120. If Johan couldn't help you I also have lists of the vessels which used the Zeebrugge harbor after the raid. You may also want to check out my recent article in the JMH which deals precisely with this from the German side. Good luck.
