I'm glad you guys all posted this info! There's nothing more annoying than going through catalogs from some of the bigger names in outdoor retail. Men's clothes are regularly offered in sizes up to 2XL and sometimes bigger.
A couple of the companies in particular (I'm sure you can figure out who I mean) apparently think that a woman over size 14 wouldn't want outdoor / active apparel as we must be too fat to do anything outside. Very annoying to see them list their size XL as a 12-14, when the rest of the civilized world considers an XL to be a 16-18 or even an 18-20!! Yeah, in their world, that means a medium is a size 7-8, and a large is an 8-10??
And this in a country who has over 30 million women that are size 16 or larger? Too bad for those companies that they choose to ignore this market! Hooray for Liquid Fit and Beyond Fleece for embracing it!
