You might want to try some of these models:
Perception Captiva, Necky Eskia, Current Designs Storm (this is what I have...but it's a big boat at 17 feet and rather heavy to carry), Necky Zoar, Old Town Loon 138 (or some of the other boats in the Old Town line.) Feel free to E mail me if you would like to chat further; I'm not as tall as you at 5'7", but have had some "adventures" trying to find kayaks that were comfortable for me.
