Thanks for the replies, Wes, fantastic resource here!
I'm looking forward to trying a Storm, have a guy locally that will let me try one out. Eddyline boats are supposed to be at a local demo, curious about the Nighthawk.
My main issue is budget too which makes it tougher, trying to stay at $1200 for a used boat which should open me up to quite a few....but finding a big boat that I like is the trick.
The Captiva just felt 'wrong' to me unfortunately, it fit, but just plain felt loose all over as far as it handled. The Captiva fwiw was huge, I would actually have to pad it pretty well for fit which is no big deal, I just didn't like the way it felt on the water itself, just sort of disconnected.
