Just another example of 'Big Brother.' Since the man was not in need of assistance the cops very well could have given the man a warning and then sent him on his way. No harm no foul. Guess there was a quota to fill.

Personally I suspect that the lawsuit happy society that exists has more to do with that than any quotas that may or may not exist.

That could be. I am just sick and tired of the way things have become. There is a GREAT lack of decent civility and general common sense these days. America has become the home of the rude and crude! So sad!!!!
