Down as far as Diamond Creek it really hasn't been affected. I did a 15-day trip in late June - early July and the water was flowing 14,000-22,000 cubic feet per second (it's controlled by electricity demand on the dam). It was so high when we ran Crystal that there was practically no rapids.
