An on-line friend of mine has managed to contact Dave about his 'adventures' at Chicago, when he was left on a plane. They are to have a meeting soon. My friend is a wheelchair bound paraplegic. A friend of mine had her wheel chair destroyed by United between Calgary and San Fransisco...her destination was Las Vegas. There was no one there to help her (Midnight). She had topush her wheelchair to luggage pick up, the baggage people (next day) gave her the response that they were not responsible. I requested a "conflict resolution offical" and was told that they don't have ne and are not rewuired to have one. Both statements were against the law. Endof story...2 yrs later and the wheelchair is still broken.
