You don't need antibiotics or anything else to "interfere" with the "pill" and still get pregnant since the "pill" is only 99% effective (in lab conditions)not 100%. You can faithfully take the "pill" and be that 1 in 100 that still gets pregnant. Also if you miss just one day the effectiveness drops to around 90% (9 out of 100 get pregnant).
