There are a few websites around that can be used to show the differing time zone. One with very extensive information, including 'daylight saving' which I use is http://www.worldtimeserver.com/ The times shown on my sidebar: London 09:22 BST; 08:22 GMT; 10:22 in Europe; 18:22 Melbourne, Australia; 04:22 Eastern USA; 02:22 USA Pacifc ....
