I've been unable to get hold of the guy at the hosting service but it appears that the main server has crashed. I managed to update last night's update to the backup server, and it appeared normal when I checked a few minutes ago. It's the same URL as always.
I'd actually uploaded and checked the file last night, so that's what makes me think the primary server died. I will probably know for sure sooner or later.
I'm not sure how long it's going to take to get this problem fixed, but I will keep after this and upload to the backup server if needed until the primary one becomes available for FTP again.
If future problems arise, check here in the forum for status reports.

I had to go through a little loop to get the update. Since there was no direct link to chapter 17, I clicked on 16 and scrolled down then clicked on "Forward to the next chapter."

I just checked it in both IE8 and Chrome and it worked normally for me. BTW, I get the impression the backup server is a little sluggish, so don't be surprised if it takes a minute.
