I noticed in the Newbox that Wes's next story will be "Cattail".

(February 16, 2011: Working on finalizing the next book, Cattail. Again, something new!)

Sounds interesting, but I can't figure what it's about yet. Any ideas?

Lew

No ideas, but I hope Wes doesn't let the cat out of the bag. That would spoil the fun.

Well, somehow I doubt if it's about the common bullrush (or Typha Latifolia) -- I also doubt if it would be about the projecting termination of the spinal column on a feline.
So I suspect it might be a nickname, or perhaps the adopted name of a native basket weaver, but we are talking about Wes here, who after all has already named an airplane after a windmill.

Umm, much as I respect you (DOTB) as a writer, but if you are talking about Rocinante... then Rocinante was Don Quixote's horse! Not a windmill.

True, but everyone remembers the windmills, not the horse, besides I was just teasing and looking for a reaction.

(Got one too! lol!)

Hey, it's been too long since I've read about Donnie. Does anyone remember if he named his horse after a windmill? (Grin)
