There was a thread on this topic a while back. You might want to dig back in the archives and look it up.
My first thoughts...
Sunblock
Chapstick
cheap LED flashlights (from Harbor Freight)
cheap gloves for handling ropes (Harbor Freight again)
Sunglasses (cheap ones from the dollar store - you will lose 'em)
Note pads and pens
Camera (or two)
A "thank you" postcard to send to Wes from Phantom Ranch
And from a friend...
a 24-pack of your favorite beverage to contribute to the drag bag(s). When he can't make his own sun tea he's a Lipton canned iced tea drinker (hates colas, tolerates 7up, won't drink canned beer) and commented that he should have taken three 24-packs of it (he was on a 2 week+ raft trip).
