My wife and I happen

Thanks, Wes, for the story about Miss Muffett. Whether two or four legged, a friend always helps past the time more agreeably. Pets and little children seem to know when someone cares for them. Thanks for sharing your photos.

I am glad to read of others who care for feral cats. Where I live people get pets all the time and when they get tired of them, they dump them outside. In Mississippi we do not have a good law to protect animals, they say that if you pass a law to protect pets, you will hurt the farmers. Anyway, every morning two of those feral cats come here to get their daily dose of soft cat food. They will fight me if I try to bring them inside, but they will let me pet them as long as I put food out for them. I did have both of them fixed but that is about all they let me do to them.
