Yeah, that literally translates as "Would you like more coffee?"
It's very informal - but then if they were married, it would be.

Perhaps, but were they married for long, where were they raised, how old are they, etc. Let's just say that I know an older French couple who still talk quite formally whenever they're in company that they don't know well.

husband and wife would could be something along the lines of "Est çe que tu veux encore de cafe, cherie?" or "cher" if wife to husband. Also possible "Veux-tu de cafe?"An earlier writer is correct re the more formal "vous" if they are beyond a certain age, translated 70+. Most likely would be "encore de cafe, (possibly with name or cher or cherie per above.) ?" which is the equivalent of "more coffee, dear, hon, jane, john"
