I just posted the first chapter of Down By the Riverside. There are 42 chapters.

RTF files, mobis, epubs, and PDFs are available from the Spearfish Lake Tales Store Down By the Riverside page. Sales on Lulu for hardcopies, epubs and PDFs have also been enabled.

Preorders have been shipped.

Very often when I put up a new story there are html bugs that don't show up when I tested it locally. I will be around until around Midnight EDT to deal with any of those issues that you bring to my attention, or to ship out orders that have come in.

Have fun reading Down By the Riverside!

As you said in the previous post, it's 39 chapters.
Interesting story and a change of pace.

Thanks Wes!

Guess I must have been thinking of a different book. As far as a change of pace goes, I like to do something a little different in each book.

I just finished a quick reading of this book. I hope no one's personal beliefs will keep them from reading and enjoying this wonderful story.

While reading this story open Google Earth. Search for the Grand Canyon. When Wes mentions a known point search for it. It really helps the story to see it on screen. I use Google Earth Pro with the 3D options turned on under the Layers panel on the left. Then when you click and drag the picture you get a great 3D effect.

I did some of that while reading about one of the previous trips down the Grand Canyon.

One the most powerful and emotional chapters Wes has written. I read it many times in the last year and it hasn't lost its appeal to me yet. All I can say is keep on reading. There is more in store for Nanci and her family.

Great job, Wes.
