When I go back and read his early stories, I read things I don't remember reading before. And I don't think my memory is all that bad. I've gotten worse the last several years since I buy his books when they first come out. I've read "Winchester Harbor" four or five times completely plus parts of it multiple times since it first came out. Since I like Mark and Jackie, there no telling how many times I'll read the new book starting Sunday. If you're retired like I am and like to read, it's easy to go overboard if you like a particular author.
