My fateful experience with an electric fence didn't involve urinating, but did involve electrified barbed wire! I was working as a field service engineer contracted out to perform cable tv system upgrades. Was working in a semi-rural area where the last tap in line was just inside a fence made of barbed wire. It was in the chillier part of the year, so I had on a carhart style work jacket. I was slipping between the wires on the fence when one of the barbs poked through the jacket just enough to make skin contact. I didn't feel the barb, but when the charger activated, I took a shot right to the spine, as the barb was poking me dead-center middle of my back. Needless to say, my whole body arched like a cats, pushing the barb further into my back and essentially paralyzing me in place until the fence finally discharged...I finally made it through but was a little unsteady on my feet for a few minutes until I recovered....
