The green greens and the stormy skies are quite appropriately Celtic. Thanks for getting rid of the Cyan. If you want to really offset the ads, then another muted color would do it. Like a 306754 for Celtic type of green, or to stick with Blue Beauty, then a lighter blue offset will show nicely between the Purple on top and the darker blue in the story synopsis. A 5151b9 for the ad and 373778 for the synopsis. As long as they're in the muted or pastel versions of the colors on your site, they should blend in well. I see the Cyan as a neon color so it clashes with the pastels. (IMHO, that is. Irregardless of the colors, I'm still loving the stories)
