First of all you should know your opinion does not upset me, i respect differences in opinion and the reasons why i ask is to try to understand the difference but the only thing that annoys me is when the person i am talking to doesn't bother to back up with valid reasoning, i feel i am spending time typing long posts to give reasons but the other doesnt appreciate that and will just 'that is that'. I'm not referring to you but i am just saying what upsets me. You know that i participate in this forum just to debate with you freely cuz i know you will feel uncomfortable somewhere else but if i didn't care about the other opinion i would have just ignored you.

Also i am a questioner of everything arounds me, i like to question and seek answers, i hate to follow the group fearing i will be among the minority, i don't give a shit. I rather stand up for my beliefs than please someone on the expense of my dignity. I also believe in conspiracy theories so here you go, lol. I don't want my questions be interpreted in a way that you feel you are not respected or belittled, i subject myself to the same confrontation and welcome any question from any sort. Ok but i do question for the sake of intellectual debate not for the sake of argument.

---------------------------------------------------------

You said:

"For me, if someone works for me, and they are rude to someone in my place of business, they speak for me. Whether I am there or not. So, if there was ever any question I would be upset with my staff that they made the person feel any sort of negativity. It wouldn't matter if they did it or not, i would handle that with them privately but apoligize with a heartfelt sorrow to the person it effected"

Fair enough so that's how you will react. But what if the allegation is serious here, let's say a customer said your staff member was racist which he/she denies so what are yo going to do?

Personally i would apologize but i dont i will criticise him/her if he/she insisted that they are innocent specially if i know them for years. I believe it is unfair to go against him/her just because he works for me, s/he is human not an object s/he has feelings, reputation, dignity and i can't behave in a way that shows i own him/her. But then perhaps the reason why i will act like Brad is because if s/he was found guilty then i will fire him/her or take other serious steps and that's why i have to be sure before taking any decision otherwise God will punish me IMO.

-----------------------------------------------------------

I will ask you three questions and if you dont mind then answer them:

1. Why do you think the misbehavior was not recorded even though media men were at the site when earlier misbehaviour (Micky choking the papp) was? Don't you think Brad has the right to question this fact?

2. If they really said 'Bloody Indians' or 'Bloody Muslims' don't you think this will provoke them to the point of physically attack the bodyguards specially since there were no police? I mean they are enormous mob (not just 12) so they can crush those three, it provoked them enough to open a case so how come they didnt even fight verbally with them, and again why was this not recorded?

3. What else was Brad supposed to do since there are NO facts whatsoever even though there were means to find those facts (camera, video, crew, etc)?

Salaam to you :)
