i think when u enter the MCI pageant, most of the girls do share the equal facial beauty and brain level. why? they are all the winners from their own country, especially, hk, vancouver, toronto, san fran(no rep. this year) singapore, sydney, etc. etc. let's just say, those countries that has the same level of education and also similar culture. so then, it really depends on the organization to decide the winner, why? look what i found about MCI winners!! hk won 2times, vancouver won 2times, singapore won 2times, toronto won 2times, then that left with, sydney one time, montreal, one time, bangkok one time, taipei one time, san fran one time, and new york one time! and this year's malaysia one time! come on, i bet hk or vancouver or toronto might had some shots to win 3 times in the past, but it's not gonna happen 'til next year! for sure after this (15th anniversery) they will have another set of 3 times! don't u realize that the cities that always won is such popular cities. and some of the winners really sucked to be MCI winners. 1992 toronto, 1995 taipei, and 1999 new york! and even this year's malaysia, they were just simply not pretty if u compare them to the other girls that were in their pageants! so what exactly is about MCI pageants? making good relationship with other TVB boradcasted cities? no one knows, but i guess those things are gonna happen more in the future. so don't get too seriouse about it.
