I am from HK. I am more familiar with HK culture, so I can tell you: Vancouver is NOT superB in her interview.
The question was simply asking what does 'Robert' mean?(A Cantonese slang)
Annie "re-phrased" the question and repeated it out. She said (in Mandrian)"What does 'Robert son' mean". The adding of the word 'son' sound so dumb!!!!! Maybe you would think this is is nonsence, but this is 100% true. This is HK culture. Also, Annie spoke TOO fast (not clear and precise as Diana)
Honestly, Annie also lacks facial beauty when compare with Diana and Bangkok. Her mouth is a bit too big. Her beauty is considered too traditional. They look for more 'modern' faces.
It would be OK to replace Annie with Sydney in top 5, but
Annie doesn't deserve to be 1st or 2nd.
