Subject: China was supposed to compete in MU last year but withdrew before finalizing an entrant. Miss Singapore Universe is held annually in March. Taiwan I don't know too much about, but last year, for the first time, the elected winner competed in Miss International in October 2000 then Miss Universe in May 2001. I'll keep an eye out though.
