Raphaello fights for Elite XC (with an overall pro MMA record of 10-1) and has recently come to America from Brazil to continue his fighting career. He will be doing a two hour workshop for us from 12:30 until 2:30 on Saturday, August 9th. The cost is only $20.00!

Hello, all. I have good news and bad news. Due to travel conflicts, "Tractor" is unavailable this weekend. The good news is, Jeff Jimmo will be conducting a three hour seminar for the same price!

The wrestlers stay on guard on each cage side of the Game and the X lite stay in guard. The workshop is convened by the members to participate. The serous half guard sweeps the crushing style.
