Well for those of you who didn't make it the seminar was awesome. He did 1 1/2 hours of Gi and 1 1/2 hours of no-gi. As usual Rodrigo really goes into details and shows the tricks of the trade and makes sure that everyone really understands the moves. As usual we are looking forward to having him back again soon.
