Bas Rutten Mixed Martial Arts System Instructor Training Session
The Bas Rutten Mixed Martial Arts System announces, it will be holding an East Coast instructor training session on November 28th, through December 4th, 2004. The training session will be held at the Bas Rutten Mixed Martial Arts System's East Coast Regional Training Center in Gastonia, North Carolina (Ryan Hoover's Extreme Karate).
Our West Coast training session was a big success! The system is fully launched and we are excited at the prospects of new affiliates.

Hey guys, I would highly recommend this seminar. I have seen Bas several times and had the chance to workout (spar) with him. (thanks to Ryan, although after that beating, I'm not so sure that I should be thanking Ryan! Just kidding!)
It is something that everyone should do, it's cheap and close. Bas is amazing, his stand up is really fantasic, his is a freak of nature!
