If you've missed two periods and you're not pregnant, you really should see the Dr. anyway - there could be something messed up with your hormones and they would need to help you with that. Make sure you're taking good care of yourself. Get exercise, eat well, take vitamins and get the rest your bosy needs. Those are critical things to any person.
