I am not familiar with the "pop" pill - but if your periods have stopped, you should take a pregnancy test, just to be safe and sure.

It is possible to get pregnant on the pill. I have a friend that had that happen recently and they had a healthy baby girl, so don't worry about it if you are pregnant, the baby is more than likely fine.
I think you are wise to be careful about what you choose to do if you are pregnant. I also have friends that had abortions when they found out they were pregnant and they all have regretted it. I tell women it is a permanent answer to a temporary problem. Circumstances in life change all the time - but you can't get back what is gone forever.
Hang in there - and realize if you're not pregnant now, you probably will end up pregnant if you keep having sex. You may also want to discuss that with your boyfriend. Look up this site too:
