Placing a statistical number on that would be far to difficult & likely no where near accurate. There are so many factors that would determine what the chances of conception are. Your girlfriends cycle has a lot to do with things. How much fooling around really went on (condom or not). Stress certainly would make a period late, but she should totally MISS a period. She really should take a pregnancy test. If she's even ONE day late, it should be accurate. She can get a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL test at a pregnancy center. Would she get an abortion? or put the baby up for adoption? Do you know what any of those do to a person's emotional health over a lifetime?
