I have a good number of friends that have had abortions, and I can say that many of them have experienced infertility afterwards. Some, have been able to overcome it and conceive again - have you at least told the infertility Dr. about your abortion? It would be very important information for them to have. Sometimes there is scarring that occurs and can be removed so that you can once again conceive.
The #1, most important thing for you to do though, is to forgive. Forgive yourself, forgive your fiance, forgive all those that were involved in the procedure. Then it's also really important that you ask for forgiveness. If you believe in God, you need to ask Him to forgive you, and He will - He's waiting to forgive you. You can also ask the baby to forgive you - and all this takes time, but it is important to the healing you need.
Do not let this just lay there - do not put this off. You need to get to work at healing this wound and moving forward. Please go visit those sites -
