Dear Little,
I would take those concerns to the Dr. that gave you the shots. You need to be honest with them about having sex before they told you to also.
You can also get a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL test at a pregnancy center - look one up near you at this site:

It could be the shot that is causing the problems, but the chest and shoulder pain and nausea concern me some. I would NOT get that shot again, and I would really focus on your health and eating right and taking good care of yourself.
Those are not normal symptoms of pregnancy for the most part.
Please go see your Dr. on Monday.
