The plain truth is that ANYTIME you have sex, you RISK pregnancy or an STD. Even "protected" sex is not any kind of guarantee against pregnancy or an STD. The only 100% effective b/c is abstinence. So, if you don't want to find yourself back in this same spot of worry - then don't have sex again until you're married.
