I don't think that was implantation bleeding. It was probably your period - I've been told in the past that even spotting can be considered a "period" sometimes. I think you should breathe a sigh of relief. However, you are obviously concerned about the possibility of pregnancy, and therefore I would want to urge you to realize that even if this had been "protected" sex, you still risk pregnancy.
The only 100 % effective b/c is abstinence. You also risk contracting an STD.
If you are still worried about the possibility of pregnancy in a couple days or so, do take a test. You can get a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL test at a pregnancy center - look one up near you at this site:

It's really the only way you would know for sure. You are unique and for anyone here to tell you one way or the other would not be accurate or fair to you.
