I have NEVER heard of the "Jerk" method - I'm assuming he maybe pulled out before he ejaculated. Well, hon, the bad news is that this is not any kind of "method" to prevent pregnancy. Even the pill or a condom or both are not 100% effective birth control. To really not get pregnat, you need to not have sex.

Let's look at the matter at hand though, you're a week late - you should look up a pregnancy center near you at this site:

Then, please, talk to your boyfriend and agree to abstain from sex until you're ready for a baby. You really have so much ahead of you in life, set some goals for yourself, and focus on those things. (You don't say how old you are, so I'm a little out on a limb here). IF you're in high school, get involved in some other school activities and start thinking about college please don't throw things away on sex.
