Dear Britt,

I can't tell you a time frame - for me, I was nauseated before I missed my period on one pregnancy. Another one I wasn't sick at all. Another one I didn't get sick until I was in my third month. You may not get all of those symptoms either. They are the "top ten" and not givens.

I understand that. My boobs are very sore, expecially on the side, but my nipples aren't. Which, normally about a week before I start, both are extremely sore and sensitive. I have not been nausea but I have been very tired. I got really tired last night around 7 but ended up staying up till 11 and got up at 8 this morning and still feel like I am not awake. I also have had like these twinges in my lower abdomen. Not like cramps. Now I had surgery on my ovaries about 5 years ago and since then I have been able to feel everything. I can even feel when I ovulate. So these twinges are not what I normally feel. And they have gone from my ovaries down lower, maybe my uterus, who knows!

I am trying not to think about it. I am taking folic acid just in case though.

All of the things that I am experiencing could just be my body adjusting to coming off the pill and trying to get my body back into a normal state. We will see!
