Dear Tayiona,

It's really important for you to remember that ANYTIME you have sex, you RISK pregnancy. Even if the condom was not left inside you, you could be pregnant. That's because the ONLY 100% effective b/c is abstinence (not having sex).

That being said, no one here can tell you if you are pregnant or not. You will have to wait and see if your period is late. If you are a week or two late, take a pregnancy test to see what it says.

It's going to be hard for you to not worry, I'm sure, but try not to, as that can make your period late.

Please also reconsider having sex with your boyfriend. Have you two sat down and had any honest discussion about what you would do IF you did get pregnant? Please also take a moment to click over to the post-abortion help page linked to this site. If you read about what abortion has done to the ladies that post there, it's a very sobering and sad commentary on the issue.
