Stress and worry can throw your system off and make your period late - but missing 2 is a little more alarming. I know a woman can miss a period once in a while and it not be because she's pregnant. Two missed periods are a little more of a concern. You could have a hormonal imbalance or something else going on. Do you even have any cramps or spotting? Spotting is considered a period sometimes. Three negative tests, if you did them right would probably not all be wrong. I think you should go to a doctor OR to a pregnancy center. Get another test (using your first morning urine) and go from there. Look up a pregnancy center near you at this website:

The tests there are FREE and CONFIDENTIAL.
You also don't say how old you are, and what other situations you have going on, but you may want to talk to your Mom about all this.
I also would like to just tell you, you are a precious person, there is not another one like you and you are doing some pretty serious self-destructive things. Drinking and drug use are indications that you are trying to bury some hurts - but you won't find true solace there. I hope you will also seek some help to find out why you're being so mean to yourself. You should be eating right, taking good vitamins and taking care of yourself. (Exercise, healthy living). Again, start at the pregnancy center and just be really honest there with them about what's been going on, they can offer a lot of direction.
