Dear August,

How old are you? Are you married? If you're young and unmarried, I advise you to get off the Cerazette and abstain from sex. You also need to eat right, find out if you're allergic to something you're eating (that can cause the abdominal pain). However, you really need some tests to determine the real problem. Weight loss is not a good thing or "normal".

I really think that synthetic hormones are dangerous and unhealthy long term. Your body has natural "rythms" that need to stay "in sync" - eating right, getting good exercise, taking some good vitamins. You really need to take care of yourself, if you smoke, drink, use drugs casually, etc. that is really NOT good for anyone and I'd say you'd better give that up.

I'm advising you here "blindly" so don't take anything offensively please.

I'm glad you made that appointment. Make sure you keep it, make a list for the doctor. Give them as many symptoms and cycles that you can think of - ask questions, seek answers, and be proactive in your health care.

I hope that helps.

Hang in there!
Kris
