Pregnancy results from sperm (from a man) meeting with the ovum (from a woman). Oral sex does not provide for that. However, getting pretty far along the path there of fooling around, and one thing leads to another and a couple usually ends up going to far - meaning - they go ahead and have regular sexual intercourse.

It seems that you're concerned here about how far to go with a girl - I'd say anything beyond hugs and kisses is way too far - unless you get married.

The only 100% effective b/c is abstinence.
