Dear Reaghan,

All of use have a messed up period - at least once in your life. Missing one period or being really late can be from stress. Are you still run down and feeling sick? Make sure to take good care of yourself. Get some exercise, take vitamins, make sure you get plenty of rest. Stay away from alcohol and/or recreational drugs.

If your system is still out of whack, make an appointment with your Dr. and get a check-up to find out what else may be going on.
