You don't say how long you've been trying - you should give it at least a year. If you took the pill or depo shots or something like that, it can take a while for your body to get back to "normal."
Make sure you are eating right (and your husband too) and take a good prenatal vitamin - and lay off smoking or any drinking (not that I know any of that - but just in case) and RELAX. Most importantly, I would pray (hope you believe in God). God alone gives life and He can perform miracles unfathomable.
Finally, if you've tried for more than a year, and been eating right and all - see a good GYN - they can conduct tests to see what is really going on with both of you and in many instances, can help you conceive.
