If you are planning on getting married in a year, I implore you wait until you get married to have sex again. By having sex now, you're just giving yourself unnecessary grief. First, you have to worry about pregnancy which is something that wouldn't concern you if you were married. If you did get pregnant, you'd feel rushed into marriage before you wanted and people would think you only got married because you got pregnant. Also, the baby would think that as well when he/she is old enough to count. If you decided to abort, that has long term physical and emotional complications. Besides, you lose the specialness of sex that you could have at your honeymoon. Also, relationships do break up before marriage and the emotional pain is often harder with someone you've had sex with. Having sex right now isn't worth the uncertainty and the weighty consequences. I'm 25 and waiting for marriage. Had I had sex with every guy that I thought I would marry, I'd feel used and broken, and might have married someone I wasn't meant to be with. However, if you were ovulating (or close to ovulating) and such, the chances are better.
