Every woman will have a messed up period in her lifetime - so just because you've "always been regular" doesn't necessarily mean this indicates a pregnancy. I'd say the test is the deciding factor.
However, you need to realize that if you keep messing around this way, you probably will get pregnant. I don't know your relationship situation, but I do believe there are consequences to actions, and pre-marital sex does not have any good consequences. You give a BIG part of yourself away to a man when you have sex - and you set yourself up for some big time heartbreak. However, perhaps you are both committed to each other and plan to marry - in which case, I would still caution you to wait until the honeymoon and you're ready to bear the responsiblities of raising a child. I just don't believe there is such a thing as "FREE SEX" -
