Dear Candace,
You should be asking your doctor about the Celexa and pregnancy. I am not informed as to risks or side effects of such a drug. If you have also always been irregular - it's a good idea to see an OB/GYN and find out if there are some hormonal imbalances going on. That could explain a lot of things (pregnancy like symptoms). Since you are "planning" to get pregnant - you should really make sure you are in good health, etc. first. The other thing I will mention, is that if you have a committed relationship, (5 years) - why not get married? It is much better to raise a child within a traditional marriage setting - where both mother and father are committed to each other for life. Studies have proven it's what is best for a child. JMHO.
